Top seed Evgeny Karlovskiy will face German teenager Marvin Möller in Sunday’s singles final of the $15,000 NTV-ITF Future Nord held on carpet at the LAZ Niedersaechsischer Tennisverband in Bad Salzdetfurth.

Karlovskiy defeated sixth seed Elmar Ejupovic of Germany 6-3, 6-4 on Saturday. The World No. 384 from Russia converted all of his four break point chances to advance in one hour and 18 minutes. Karlovskiy, who captured the doubles title alongside his compatriot Alexander Igoshin on Friday, eyes his fourth ITF Pro Circuit singles title of the season following his triumphs in Schwieberdingen, Kazan and Moscow.

Möller will appear in his first Futures final. The 18-year-old knocked out the tournament’s number three Lucas Catarina of Monaco 6-2, 6-1. Möller sent down five aces, winning 86 per cent of his first service points to seal victory in one hour and 14 minutes.

The pair will meet for the first time.
