Lacko, De Minaur, Bencic, Watson To Star At Fuzion 100 Surbiton Trophy

Former Eastbourne International Champion Belinda Bencic, Great Britain’s Heather Watson, Glasgow Trophy champion Lukas Lacko and ATP Next Gen star Alex di Minaur will feature amongst a field of talent at the Fuzion 100 Surbiton Trophy, a British Tennis event, taking place from 2 – 10 June.

The ATP Challenger and ITF Women’s Pro Circuit events run simultaneously at the Surbiton Racket and Fitness Club and are the first of the series of British grass court events which lead into The Championships, Wimbledon.

The LTA (Lawn Tennis Association) also announced today that Coco Fuzion 100, all natural coconut water, will become the title sponsor of the Fuzion 100 Trophy Series, comprising of British Tennis grass court events in Surbiton (ATP Challenger and ITF Women’s Pro Circuit) , Manchester (ITF Women’s Pro Circuit), Ilkley (ATP Challenger and ITF Women’s Pro Circuit) and Southsea (ITF Women’s Pro Circuit).

The Fuzion 100 Surbiton Trophy, featuring 32 singles qualifying draws followed by 32 singles main draws, as well as 16 pair doubles draws for both men and women provides the perfect start to the grass court season and has featured players such as Roger Federer, Tim Henman, Martina Navratilova and Anne Keothavong.

The 2017 singles titles were won by Japan’s Yuichi Sugita and Slovakia’s Magdalena Rybarikova, the Slovak beat Heather Watson in the final and went on to reach the semi-finals at Wimbledon.
