Sports betting has become increasingly popular over the past few years as more people discover how fun it is. It is a great way to make some money while also having a good time! One example would be sports betting Zambia by Betway. If you like making bets with your friends or just want something interesting to do in your spare time, then this might just be what you’re looking for! The tennis world, as we know it, is all set to witness some of the biggest changes in 2022. That’s because some of the best players from the current generation either suffer from injuries or have become too old to dominate the sport. This means that some exciting talent will be waiting for their chance to make an impact on the sport.
So who are these players? We take a look at six players who could be serious contenders for Grand Slam titles in only three years.
1. Alexander Zverev
Alexander Zverev has already made a name for himself by winning the ATP Finals and regularly beating Top-10 opponents on tour. With his powerful serve and all-round game, he has won 19 singles career titles.
Zverev has great speed and athleticism for a player of his size, and he is one of the hardest hitters on the ATP Tour. The German’s backhand is also considered to be among the best in modern tennis.
2. Andrey Rublev
Rublev is only 24 years old but has already made it into the Top 10 of the ATP rankings. The Russian has been touted as one of the future stars of tennis and a great prospect for bettors on Betway. He could find himself in contention for major titles by 2022.
3. Denis Shapovalov
Shapovalov is only 22 years old but has already won an ATP title and reached the US Open fourth round. The Canadian is expected to become one of the most popular players on tour with his audacious shot-making and entertaining shot selection, and could well be at the top of men’s tennis by 2022.
4. Nick Kyrgios
Kyrgios is yet another player who has burst onto the scene from Australia, a country known for bringing out quality tennis players. Twenty-six-year-old Kyrgios is only ranked World No. 102, but he has already shown some impressive skills. He showed his talent by making it to the quarter-finals of Wimbledon 2014 and the Australian Open 2015. His biggest problem so far has been his temperament and he has thrown several tantrums on the court which have not helped his development. However, he seems to be maturing with time and will undoubtedly become a major force if he can keep his cool.
5. Grigor Dimitrov
The Bulgarian star has long been touted as a future Grand Slam winner. He was hailed as ‘Baby Federer’ when he first burst onto the scene, but he has failed to reach his full potential despite winning the ATP Finals in 2017. Dimitrov will be 31 years old in May, 2022, so it’s now or never for him if he is to win a major tournament.
There has been a significant change in the world of tennis lately. The rising stars of this sport have started to make their mark, and now they are looking to become household names with their success. We have discussed a few of them for sports betting in Zambia, 2022.
